Frequently Asked Questions

From the date we recieve your order, delivery will take between 10-20 business days. This includes 5-15 days to prepare your order and an additional 5 days after it has been marked as shipped.

Once you order has left The Teacher's Toolbox HQ, you will recieve a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for Australia Post. If you can't find this, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
